Rev1 Energy Joins DoD SkillBridge Program to Support Transitioning Service Members

Partnership creates career pathways in energy, engineering, and infrastructure.

Tampa, FL — April 14, 2026

Rev1 Energy today announced its approval as an industry partner in the U.S. Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, providing transitioning service members with hands-on experience and career opportunities in the energy and engineering sectors.

The SkillBridge Program allows active-duty military personnel to gain civilian work experience during their final months of service, helping them transition successfully into the workforce. Through this initiative, Rev1 Energy will offer training, mentorship, and real-world exposure across commissioning, startup operations, and energy infrastructure projects.

“Supporting those who have served our country is both a responsibility and an opportunity,” said Ricky Ehrgott, CEO of Rev1 Energy. “SkillBridge allows us to connect highly disciplined, mission-driven individuals with meaningful careers in energy infrastructure. We are proud to support service members as they transition into the next phase of their professional journey.”

Rev1 Energy, a technology-driven consulting engineering firm, supports mission-critical projects across oil and gas, LNG, nuclear, and emerging energy sectors. Through participation in the SkillBridge Program, the company aims to equip service members with the technical and professional skills needed to succeed in high-demand industries.

The initiative also strengthens workforce development efforts across the energy sector by creating a direct pathway from military service to civilian employment. Participants will gain practical, real-world experience while building the foundation for long-term careers in engineering and energy.
